Cancellation fees will apply from 30 days prior.
・From 0:00 a.m 30 days before the stay, to 11:59 p.m. 8 days before the stay: 50%
・After 0:00 a.m 7 days before your stay: 100%
Due to the nature of renting an entire building, last minute cancellations will result in a large loss. Thank you for your understanding.
In the case of a typhoon, we will refund 100% regardless of the number of days remaining. In that case, we will contact you.
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. We can store your luggage before or after your stay. If there is no other guest, we can provide late check-out without extra costs.
·Kitchen:
Gas range, microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, refrigerator.
Frying pans, pots.
Knives, cutting boards.
Glasses, teacups, plates, chopsticks, spoons and forks.
Tea, coffee and herbal tea.
Basic seasonings such as sugar, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, and pepper.
·Bedroom:
Towels, mattress, comforter, pillows, sheets, etc. Blankets can be added depending on the season and your request.
・Bathroom:
Shampoo, additive-free body soap, and additive-free hand soap.
Towels and hair dryer.
Toothbrush and toothpaste.
・Laundry area:
Washing machine, laundry detergent. Clothes drying rack.
·toilet:
Comes with a bidet cleaning function.
For guests staying for about a week, we provide free airport pick-up. We recommend renting a car, though. We can arrange an inexpensive rental car(A compact car starts from 4,000 yen for 24 hours including insurance).
There is a bus stop near our place, but there are only four buses per day in both directions. And also, if you come from the airport by bus, you will have to transfer at the city bus terminal.
A taxi from the airport to our place costs about 3,600 yen (about 4,600 yen after 10pm).
There is no child rate. Children aged two and over will be counted as one adult.
Children under two years old are free.
Yaima Village is a 3-minute walk away. The restaurant corner is available(11:00-14:00). You can also purchase snacks at the shop (9:00-17:00). Admission to these areas are free. There is a drink vending machine outside (available 24 hours).
It takes about 15 minutes to walk one way, but the menu at Yugafu Shokudo is very filling (11:00-14:45). Set meals, curry rice, local noodles and more are available.
You can purchase souvenirs and snacks at the Yaima Village's shop (9:00-17:00). Drinks are available 24 hours a day from the vending machine outside.
It takes about 30 minutes to walk one way, but Nakamatsu Shoten(Nakamatsu mini grocery store) sells bread, filling lunch boxes around noon. Snacks, drinks and alcoholic beverages are available any time. Business hours are 7:00-18:45.
It takes about 5 minutes on foot to get down to Nagura Bay. However, the sea is shallow and not suitable for swimming. The sunset is beautiful, though.
If you want to swim, we recommend Sukuji Beach, Yone-hara Beach, and Fusaki Beach. Parking and showers are available there. You will need to rent a car, though.
Please refrain from fireworks. The surrounding area is quiet and elderly people are sleeping. Please refrain from fireworks, music, parties, etc.
Instead, please look at the stars, listen to the birds singing...
Sorry, we do not allow pets.
Please refrain from entering the rooms unless you are a guest staying at the villa.
The minimum stay is 3 nights. Even if you only stay 1 night, you will be charged for 3 nights.
You can communicate in English without problems. The owner couple have a lot of experience abroad.
In order to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay, we do not have televisions.
There is Wi-Fi, so we don't think it will be a problem...
It's not an ashram so it's fine.
We hope you enjoy alcohol in moderation. Tasting local beers or the locally produced rice whiskies is one of the joys of traveling. However, for the sake of your own health, please do not drink too much.
All rooms are non-smoking. Please refrain from smoking as the smell will permeate the room.
